电针腰三针穴对腰椎间盘突出术后残留症状的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨电针腰三针穴对腰椎间盘突出术后残留症状的临床疗效.方法:选取广东省第二中医院2017年1月-2018年12月腰椎间盘突出术后残留症状患者40例进行研究,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和电针组,每组20例.对照组采用常规药物(塞来昔布胶囊+甲钴胺片)治疗,电针组在对照组基础上采用电针腰三针穴治疗,1次/d,6次/周,两组均治疗2周.比较两组治疗前、治疗1周、治疗2周、治疗后10周VAS及JOA腰痛评价量表评分,并对治疗2周后的临床效果进行评定.结果:两组治疗1、2周后及治疗后10周VAS评分均较治疗前降低,JOA腰痛评价量表评分均较治疗前升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);电针组治疗1、2周后及治疗后10周VAS及JOA腰痛评价量表评分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗后10周VAS评分高于治疗1、2周后,JOA腰痛评价量表评分低于治疗2周后,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);电针组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:电针腰三针穴可明显改善腰椎间盘突出术后患者的残留症状,且疗效较平稳.Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of electro-acupunctureat the lumbar three needles acupoints on treating residual symptoms after lumbar disc protrusion operation.Method:A total of 40 patients with residual symptoms after lumbar disc protrusion operation in Guangdong Second Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected for the study.Patients were divided into the control group and the electro-acupuncture group by random number meter method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs(Celecoxib Capsules+Mecobalamin Tablets),and the electro-acupuncture group was treated with electro-acupunctureat the lumbar three needles acupoints on the basis of the control group,one time/d,6 times/week,and both groups were treated for 2 weeks.VAS and JOA lumbago scale scores were compared between the two groups before treatment,after 1 week of treatment,after 2 weeks of treatment and 10 weeks after treatment,and after 2 weeks of treatment,the clinical effect was evaluated.Result:VAS scores in the two groups after 1 and 2 weeks of treatment and 10 weeks after treatment were lower than those before treatment,while JOA lumbago scale scores were higher than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).VAS and JOA lumbago scale scores of the electro-acupuncture group after 1 and 2 weeks of treatment and 10 weeks after treatment were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).And 10 weeks after treatment,VAS score in the control group was higher than that after 1 and 2 weeks of treatment,while the JOA lumbago scale score was lower than that after 2 weeks of treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the electroacupuncture group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electro-acupuncture at the lumbar three needles acupoints can signific
