摘　　要：目的:分析椎间孔镜微创手术配合复方倍他米松注射液治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果及对VAS评分、JOA评分的影响.方法:以笔者所在医院2017年7月-2018年7月收治的86例腰椎间盘突出症患者为对象,按电脑数字表法随机分为两组,各43例,对照组施予椎间孔镜微创手术治疗,试验组于此基础配合施予复方倍他米松注射液治疗,对比两组疗效、VAS及JOA评分.结果:试验组治疗优良率97.67%,高于对照组的83.72%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后1 d,试验组VAS低于对照组,JOA评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:椎间孔镜微创手术配合复方倍他米松注射液治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果突出,有助于改善患者VAS及JOA评分.Objective:To analyze the effect of transforaminal endoscopic minimally invasive operation combined with Compound Betamethasone Injection in the treatment of lumbar disc protrusion and its effect on VAS score and JOA score.Method:A total of 86 lumbar disc herniation patients in our hospital during July 2017 to July 2018 were randomly selected as the objects,and were randomly divided into two groups according to computer-generated number table method,43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with transforaminal endoscopic minimally invasive operation,the experimental group was treated with Compound Betamethasone Injection on the basis of the control group.The efficacy,VAS and JOA score were compared between the two groups.Result:The excellent rate of the experimental group was 97.67%,which was higher than 83.72%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).One day after treatment,the VAS score of the experimental group was lower than the control group,while the JOA score was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transforaminal endoscopic minimally invasive operation combined with Compound Betamethasone Injection on lumbar disc herniation has significant effect,can help to improve VAS and JOA score of patients.
