摘　　要：目的:探究有机磷农药中毒患者联合应用血液灌流疗法的效果及对生化指标的影响.方法:选取笔者所在医院2017年1月-2018年12月收治的有机磷农药中毒患者44例,随机分为对照组和研究组,各22例.两组均给予常规治疗,研究组在此基础上给予血液灌流治疗.比较两组治愈率、住院时间、治疗前后尿氮素、血肌酐、谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶水平.结果:研究组治愈率为86.36%,显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组住院时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗12 h后研究组尿氮素、血肌酐、谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:联合使用血液灌流治疗能够有效提高有机磷农药中毒患者的治愈率,缩短住院时间,同时能够有效改善各项生化指标,恢复患者肝肾功能.Objective:To explore the effect of combined hemoperfusion therapy on patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning and its influence on biochemical indexes.Method:A total of 44 patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the research group,22 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine treatment,while the research group was given hemoperfusion therapy on this basis.The cure rate,hospitalization time,the levels of urea nitrogen,serum creatinine,glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase and alanine transaminase before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The cure rate of the research group was 86.36%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).And the hospitalization time of the research group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of urea nitrogen,serum creatinine,glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase and alanine transaminase after 12 hours of treatment in the research group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined hemoperfusion therapy can effectively improve the cure rate of patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning,shorten hospitalization time,at the same time,it can effectively improve the biochemical indexes,and restore the liver and kidney function of patients.
