精细护理在复杂肾结石患者行多通道经皮肾输尿管镜取石术中的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨复杂肾结石患者行多通道经皮肾输尿管镜取石术中采取精细护理的效果.方法:采用分层抽样法抽选行多通道经皮肾输尿管镜取石术的78例复杂肾结石患者纳入本次试验,并采用均等双盲划分法将其中39例纳入对照组(按常规开展护理),剩余39例纳入观察组(于对照组前提之下加以精细护理),统计并比较两组护理前后的焦虑自评量表评分(SAS)、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、并发症及满意度情况.结果:护理前,两组的SAS及VAS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组的SAS及VAS评分比对照组更低,并发症出现比对照组更少,护理满意度比对照组更高(P<0.05).结论:复杂肾结石患者行多通道经皮肾输尿管镜取石术中采取精细护理效果明显,能减轻其疼痛和焦虑程度,减少并发症出现,提升其满意度,值得采用.Objective:To discuss the effects of meticulous nursing in complex renal calculi patients of undergoing multi-channel percutaneous nephrolithotomy.Method:Through stratified sampling method,78 complex renal calculi patients were selected.According to double-blind method,patients were assigned to the control group(n=39)and the observation group(n=39).The control group was served with conventional nursing;on the basis of the former,the observation group was served with meticulous nursing.SAS(self-rating anxiety scale)and VAS(visual analogue scale)scores,complications and nursing satisfaction were compared.Result:Before intervention,SAS and VAS scores between groups were not significantly different(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had lower SAS and VAS scores,fewer complications and higher nursing satisfaction after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion:During multichannel percutaneous nephrolithotomy,meticulous nursing can relieve patients’pain and anxiety,reduce the complications and increase the nursing satisfaction.It is worthy of application.
