腔镜手术治疗单侧甲状腺结节的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探究腔镜手术治疗单侧甲状腺结节的效果.方法:选择笔者所在医院2016年4月-2017年4月收取的102例甲单侧状腺结节患者为研究对象,按照随机的形式分成对照组和观察组,各51例.其中对照组患者应用传统的手术治疗,观察组患者采取腔镜甲状腺手术治疗.分析两组患者的治疗效果、治疗依从性、术后生活质量及患者术后并发症发生情况.结果:对照组患者的治疗总有效率低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者的治疗依从性低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的术后生活质量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:单侧甲状腺结节给予腔镜手术疗法,可以提升患者的治疗效果,值得进一步的推广应用.Objective:To investigate the effect of endoscopic surgical treatment of unilateral thyroid nodules.Method:A total of 102 patients with a single glandular gland nodule collected from April 2016 to April 2017 were selected as the study subject.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,51 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional surgery and patients in the observation group were treated with endoscopic surgical therapy.The therapeutic effects,treatment adherence,postoperative quality of life and postoperative complications were analyzed between the two groups.Result:The total therapeutic effect rate of the control group was lower than that of the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment compliance of the control group was lower than that of the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of postoperative quality of life of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Endoscopic surgical therapy for unilateral thyroid nodules can improve the patients’treatment.It is worthy of further promotion and application.
