白癣夏塔热片在血热证寻常型银屑病患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨百癣夏塔热片治疗血热证寻常型银屑病患者的临床效果.方法:选取2016年1月-2019年7月于北京水利医院就诊的血热证寻常型银屑病患者46例,对照组23例采用常规治疗,观察组23例在常规治疗基础上采用百癣夏塔热片口服治疗,疗程4周,对两组治疗效果进行比较.结果:治疗2周后,观察组治疗总有效率为78.26%,高于对照组的34.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗4周后,观察组治疗总有效率为86.96%,高于对照组的43.48%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:百癣夏塔热片能有效减退血热证寻常型银屑病患者皮损面积,使患者获得更好的疗效.Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Baixuan Xiatare Tablet in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris with blood-heat syndrome.Method:A total of 46 patients with psoriasis vulgaris of blood-heat syndrome were selected from January 2016 to July 2019 in Beijing Water Conservancy Hospital,23 patients in the observation group were treated with Baixuan Xiatare hot tablet on the basis of routine treatment,23 patients in the control group were treated with routine treatment for 4 weeks.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Result:After 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 78.26%,which was higher than 34.78%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 86.96%,which was higher than 43.48%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Baixuan Xiatare Tablet can effectively reduce the skin lesion area of psoriasis vulgaris patients with blood-heat syndrome,so that patients can get better curative effect.
