雌激素配合孕激素治疗无排卵型月经失调患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:探究雌激素配合孕激素治疗无排卵型月经失调患者的效果,并予以系统评价.方法:收集笔者所在医院妇科门诊于2016年5月-2019年5月接收的88例无排卵型月经失调患者的病例资料,依据治疗方案分为两组,对照组44例,仅予以雌激素治疗;研究组44例,在雌激素治疗基础上配合孕激素,观察两组临床治疗效果、激素水平及不良反应等.结果:研究组总有效率为88.64%,明显高于对照组的68.18%(P<0.05);研究组月经量明显少于对照组,月经周期明显长于对照组,月经经期明显短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组P水平明显高于对照组,E2、LH水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率为6.82%,明显低于对照组的22.73%(P<0.05).结论:雌激素配合孕激素治疗无排卵型月经失调患者的效果显著,既可达到理想的调经效果,又可减少不良反应,用药安全性较高,值得推广.Objective:To investigate the effect of estrogen combined with progesterone in the treatment of anovulatory menstrual disorder,and to give a systematic evaluation.Method:The data of 88 patients with anovulatory menstrual disorder received from the department of gynecology in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2019 were collected.According to the treatment plan,the patients were divided into two groups.And 44 cases in the control group were treated with estrogen only,and 44 cases in the study group were treated with progesterone on the basis of estrogen,and the effect of clinical treatment,hormone levels and adverse reaction of the two groups were observed.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was 88.64%,which was significantly higher than 68.18%of the control group(P<0.05).And the menstrual volume of the study group was significantly less than that of the control group,and the menstrual cycle of the study group was significantly longer than that of the control group,and the menstrual period of the study group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The level of P in the study group were significantly higher than that of the control group,and the levels of E2 and LH in the study group was significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 6.82%,which was significantly lower than 22.73%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Estrogen combined with progesterone is effective in the treatment of anovulatory menstrual disorder,which can not only achieve the ideal effect of regulating menstruation,but also reduce the adverse reactions.It has a high safety of medication,which is worth popularizing.
