医护一体化在乳腺癌术后化疗期的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨开展医护一体化模式在乳腺癌术后化疗期应用的临床效果.方法:选取2018年1-12月笔者所在医院收治的乳腺癌术后化疗期患者100例,按入院时间顺序分为对照组和观察组,各50例.对照组实行常规管理模式,观察组实行医护一体化管理模式,比较两组的临床治疗效果和护理质量.结果:观察组焦虑评分(SAS)和抑郁评分(SDS)、并发症的发生率均显著低于对照组,患肢肌力及肩关节外展恢复率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).患者功能锻炼认知度和患者满意度评分均高于对照组,护理人员专科知识掌握程度、病情变化观察能力、评估与干预能力评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:在乳腺癌术后化疗期患者应用医护一体化管理,可有效改善患者焦虑和抑郁心理,提高临床治疗效果和护理服务质量,提升护士的专业价值,值得临床推广应用.Objective:To explore the clinical effect of medical-nursing integration in the period of chemotherapy after breast cancer surgery.Method:A total of 100 patients with breast cancer in chemotherapy period after operation from January to December 2018 in our hospital were selected.According to the time sequence of admission.They were divided into the control group and the observation group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine management mode,while the observation group was treated with the management mode of medical-nursing integration.The clinical efficacy and nursing quality of the two groups were compared.Result:The incidence of anxiety score(SAS),depression score(SDS)and complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the recovery rate of muscle strength and shoulder abduction in the affected limbs of the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The cognitive and satisfaction scores of patients with functional exercise in the observation group were higher than those of the control group.The mastery of specialized knowledge,observation ability of disease change,evaluation and intervention ability with nursing staff of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of management with medical-nursing integration in patients with breast cancer during chemotherapy after operation can effectively improve anxiety and depression of patients,improve clinical treatment effect and nursing service quality,and improve the professional value of nurses,which is worthy of clinical application.
