摘  要:通过研究不同元素微合金化工艺、LF精炼过程微合金元素精准控制技术、分区间动态控制铸坯冷却技术、关键设备功能精度保障技术、中间包保护浇注集成技术,提高微合金元素回收率,改善铸坯凝固组织、传热、冷却效果,提升铸坯表面质量,降低铸坯表面缺陷率,有效解决铸坯横裂纹和角部裂纹造成的判废和轧制裂边等质量问题。Through study on the microalloying technology of different elements, the precision control technology of microalloying elements in LF refining process, the billet cooling technology with inter-zone dynamic control, the accuracy guarantee technology of key equipment functions and the integrated protective casting technology of tundish, the recovery rate of microalloying elements was improved, the solidification microstructure, heat transmission and cooling effect of billets were improved, the surface quality of billets was improved, and the surface defect rate of billets was reduced, the quality problems such as rejection and as-rolled edge cracking caused by transverse cracks and corner cracks of billets were effectively solved.
