大包回转台准确定位法在莱钢异形坯连铸机中的应用

摘　　要：大包浇铸位置的准确定位是确保滑动水口正常开关的关键。否则会导致大包水口无法正常打开,钢水无法顺利浇注,造成连铸机降拉速、停浇等事故。本文提出的大包回转台准确定位的方法,是通过PLC系统实时采集回转台旋转时变频器转速信号,计算出大包回转台的实际旋转的位置。对大包回转台旋转位置进行精确定位,避免了位置检测元件不准导致的水口无法正常打开的弊端,确保了连铸机生产顺行。The accurate positioning of ladle casting position is the key to ensure the normal switch of sliding nozzle,otherwise,the ladle nozzle can’t be opened normally and the molten steel can’t be poured smoothly,resulting in the accidents such as casting speed reduction,casting stop,etc.In this paper,the accurate positioning method for ladle turntable is to calculate the actual position of turntable by real-time acquisition of frequency converter's speed signal through the PLC system when the turntable is rotating.The accurate positioning of the rotating position of turntable avoided the defect that the nozzle couldn’t be opened normally due to the inaccurate position detection element,and ensured the smooth running of continuous casting machine.
