摘　　要：事业单位在我国的国家发展过程中发挥着重要作用,事业单位的收入分配机制改革也在持续进行。针对全国各省市事业单位收入分配机制的现状和存在问题,需要从顶层设计、行业分类、总量调控等方面入手,继续深化现有事业单位收入分配机制改革,同时进一步探索富有创新意义的,与我国目前发展阶段相适应的改革思路,以收入分配为切入点进行研究。Public Institutions play an important role in the progress of our country,and the reform of income distribution in institutions is also continuing. Combining with the problems and current situation of income distribution of public institutions in all provinces and cities in China,we need to start from the points of top-level design,industry classification and total amount control,and then deepen the reform of income distribution mechanism of existing public institutions,and further explore innovative reform ideas suitable for China’s current development stage,taking income distribution as the key start point. We can further the exploration and research.
