改良Devine术治疗小儿隐匿阴茎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察改良Devine术治疗小儿隐匿阴茎的临床效果。方法:于笔者所在医院2017年9月-2018年9月收治的小儿隐匿阴茎患儿中随机选取80例作为样本。随机分组,对照组行常规Shiraki术治疗,观察组行改良Devine术治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为92.5%,高于对照组的70.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为5.0%,低于对照组的27.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后疼痛评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组阴茎长度、家长满意度评分、住院时间均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:行改良Devine术治疗小儿隐匿阴茎,能够提高治疗效果,减少并发症,增加阴茎长度,提高患儿家长满意度,缩短住院时间,改善患儿预后。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of modified Devine operation in the treatment of concealed penis in children. Method: From September 2017 to September 2018, 80 children with hidden penis were randomly selected as samples. They were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with routine Shiraki operation and the observation group was treated with modified Devine operation. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Result: The total effective rate in the observation group was 92.5%, higher than 70.0% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The complication rate of the observation group was 5.0%, which was lower than 27.5% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in postoperative pain score between the two groups (P>0.05). The length of penis, the score of parents’ satisfaction and the length of hospitalization in the observation group were better than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The modified Devine can improve the treatment effect, reduce the complications, increase the length of the penis, improve the parent satisfaction of the child, shorten the hospital stay time and improve the prognosis of the child.
