超早期手术结合增液承气汤加减方治疗高血压脑出血效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨高血压脑出血患者实施超早期手术结合增液承气汤加减方治疗的效果。方法:将笔者所在医院2017年1月-2019年1月80例高血压脑出血患者纳入研究,根据患者实际治疗方案分为常规组(n=40,超早期手术结合常规西医治疗)、中医组(n=40,超早期手术、常规西医治疗基础上实施增液承气汤加减方治疗),分析两组疗效。结果:中医组术后并发症总发生率与常规组相比更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中医组术后2周GCS、Barthel指数、GQOLI-74评分与常规组相比更高,NIHSS评分与常规组相比更低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高血压脑出血患者实施超早期手术结合增液承气汤加减方治疗可降低术后并发症风险,促进患者病情恢复,提升生活质量。Objective:To investigate the effect of super early operation combined with modified Zengye Chengqi Decoction on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Method:From January 2017 to January 2019,80 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital were selected in the study.According to the actual treatment scheme,they were divided into normal group(n=40,super early surgery combined with regular western medicine)and Chinese medicine group(n=40,super early surgery and conventional western medicine therapy on the basis of implementing modified Zengye Chengqi Decoction treatment).Analysed the effect between the two groups.Result:The total incidence of postoperative complications in the TCM group was lower than that in the conventional group,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).Two weeks after surgery,the GCS,Barthel index and GQOLI-74 scores of the TCM group were higher than those of the conventional group,and the NIHSS score was lower than that of the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Super early operation combined with modified Zengye Chengqi Decoction can reduce the risk of postoperative complications,promote the recovery of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,and improve the quality of life.
