经皮椎间孔脊柱内镜技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:分析经皮椎间孔脊柱内镜技术在腰椎间盘突出症中的临床应用效果。方法:从笔者所在医院2017年3月-2019年3月收治的所有腰椎间盘突出症患者中随机选取对照组43例和观察组43例作为本次临床试验研究对象,对照组患者采用传统手术进行治疗,观察组患者采用经皮椎间孔脊柱内镜技术进行治疗,比较两组患者手术前后的疼痛评分、功能障碍指数,观察两组患者的改良Macnab效果优良率。结果:观察组患者的VAS疼痛评分和0DI功能障碍指数均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的改良Macnab优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用经皮椎间孔脊柱内镜技术进行腰椎间盘突出症的临床治疗,能够有效减轻患者的疼痛程度,改善患者的功能障碍,显著提高患者腰椎功能优良率,值得进行临床推广和应用。Objective:To analyze the clinical application of percutaneous transforaminal spine endoscopic technique in lumbar disc herniation.Method:From the hospital from March 2017 to March 2019,all patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected and random divided into into 43 cases of control group and 43 cases of observation group as subjects in this clinical trial.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional surgery.The patients in the observation group were treated with percutaneous transforaminal spine endoscopic technique.The pain scores and dysfunction indexes before and after surgery were compared between the two groups.The excellent rate of modified Macnab was observed in the two groups.Result:In terms of clinical indicators,the VAS pain score and 0DI dysfunction index of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement Macnab excellent rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical treatment of lumbar disc herniation with percutaneous transforaminal spine endoscopic technique can effectively alleviate the pain level of patients,improve the dysfunction of patients,and significantly improve the excellent rate of lumbar spine function.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
