一体化护理在颅脑手术头皮夹间断上夹中的应用

摘　　要：目的:观察一体化护理在颅脑手术头皮夹间断上夹中的应用。方法:选取2016年1月-2019年1月笔者所在医院收治的行颅脑手术采取头皮夹间断上夹患者50例。依据入院顺序分为两组,先行手术25例采取常规护理干预,设置为对照组;后行手术25例采取一体化护理,设置为试验组。对照两组切口愈合、切口美观情况及护理满意度评分。结果:试验组切口甲级愈合率为80.00%,显著高于对照组的36.00%;试验组切口乙级愈合率为20.00%,丙级愈合率为0,均显著低于对照组的48.00%、16.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组切口美观率为88.00%,显著高于对照组的44.00%;试验组切口美观中为12.00%,差为0,均显著低于对照组的40.00%、16.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理满意度评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在颅脑手术行头皮夹间断上夹患者中采取一体化护理干预,可明显改善切口愈合情况,提高切口美观度与患者对护理的满意度,效果理想。Objective:To observe the application of integrated nursing in intermittent scalp clip during craniocerebral surgery.Method:A total of 50 patients who underwent craniocerebral surgery with intermittent scalp clip were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019.Patients were divided into two groups according to the order of admission,the first 25 cases who underwent surgery were given routine nursing intervention as the control group,and another 25 cases were given integrated nursing as the experimental group.The incision healing,incision aesthetics and nursing satisfaction scores were compared between the two groups.Result:The incision healing rate of grade A was 80.00%in the experimental group,which was significantly higher than 36.00%of the control group.The incision healing rate of grade B was 20.00%,and the incision healing rate of grade C was 0 in the experimental group,which were significantly lower than 48.00%,16.00%of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The aesthetic rate of incision was 88.00%in the experimental group,which was significantly higher than 44.00%of the control group.And medium was 12.00%,and bad was 0 in the experimental group,which were significantly lower than 40.00%,16.00%of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Integrative nursing intervention in patients with intermittent scalp clip during craniocerebral surgery can significantly improve the incision healing,improve incision aesthetics and patients’satisfaction with nursing,the effect is ideal.
