优质护理配合唑来膦酸注射液治疗老年骨质疏松症的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探索优质护理配合唑来膦酸注射液治疗老年骨质疏松症的临床效果。方法:选择笔者所在医院与2017年1月-2018年4月收治的老年骨质疏松症患者160例,将患者随机分为两组,对照组行常规护理配合唑来膦酸注射液滴注,研究组行优质护理合唑来膦酸注射液滴注,对比两组的骨密度情况及对护理服务的满意率。结果:研究组治疗后的腰椎、髋骨的骨密度为(0.895±0.064)、(0.869±0.127)g/cm^3,高于对照组的(0.785±0.073)、(0.782±0.104)g/cm^3(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率6.2%,低于对照组的17.5%(P<0.05);研究组对护理服务满意率为93.8%,高于对照组的81.3%(P<0.05)。结论:采用优质护理配合唑来膦酸注射液治疗老年骨质疏松症能够提高骨密度,降低不良反应的发生率,增加患者对护理服务的满意度,具有积极的应用效果,适合推广应用。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of high quality nursing combined with Zoledronic Acid Injection in the treatment of senile osteoporosis.Method:A total of 160 elderly osteoporosis patients in our hospital and admitted from January 2017 to April 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing combined with Zoledronic Acid Injection,and the study group received high-quality nursing combined with Zoledronic Acid Injection.The bone mineral density and satisfaction rate of nursing service were compared between the two groups.Result:Bone mineral density of lumbar spine and hip in the study group were(0.895±0.064),(0.869±0.127)g/cm^3,higher than(0.785±0.073),(0.782±0.104)g/cm^3 in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 6.2%,less than 17.5%in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of nursing service was 93.8%,higher than 81.3%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:high quality nursing combined with Zoledronic Acid Injection can improve the bone mineral density,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and increase the satisfaction of patients with nursing services.
