围产期人性化护理对妊娠合并心力衰竭患者心理状态及母婴结局的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨围产期人性化护理对妊娠合并心力衰竭产妇心理状态及母婴结局的影响。方法:选择笔者所在医院2016年10月-2019年3月收治的60例妊娠合并心力衰竭产妇,按随机数表法分为两组,各30例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施围产期人性化护理,比较两组心理状态、母婴结局及新生儿体质量。结果:干预前,两组SAS、SDS评分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术后3、48 h及出院时SAS、SDS评分均较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组母婴并发症发生率较对照组低,且1 min Apgar评分、胎盘重量及新生儿体重均较对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:围产期人性化护理可有效改善妊娠合并心力衰竭产妇心理状态及母婴结局,提高新生儿体重。Objective:To investigate the effect of perinatal humanized nursing on maternal psychological status and maternal and fetal outcomes in patients with pregnancy complicated with heart failure.Method:Sixty pregnant women with heart failure who were admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to March 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group implemented perinatal humanized nursing.The psychological status,maternal and infant outcomes and neonatal body mass were compared between the two groups.Result:Before the intervention,there were no significant differences in the SAS and SDS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 3,48 h after operation and discharged,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of maternal and child complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the 1 min Apgar score,placental weight and neonatal weight were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Perinatal humanized nursing can effectively improve the maternal psychological status and maternal and child outcomes of pregnancy and heart failure,and improve the body weight of newborns.
