比索洛尔治疗老年慢性心功能不全患者的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析比索洛尔治疗老年慢性心功能不全患者的效果。方法:选取2015年1月1日-2018年6月30日笔者所在医院收治的120例老年慢性心功能不全患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组采用常规治疗方案,观察组在对照组基础上联合富马酸比索洛尔治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果:对照组治疗总有效率为78.33%,明显低于观察组的90.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组心功能均较治疗前有所改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组心功能改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后心率、血压比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组心率改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对慢性心功能不全患者在常规治疗的基础上联合比索洛尔可获得良好临床效果,可改善心脏功能,值得临床应用与推广。Objective:To analyze the effect of Bisoprolol in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency.Method:A total of 120 elderly patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency admitted in our hospital from January 1st,2015 to June 30th,2018 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with Bisoprolol Fumarate on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Result:The total effective rate in the control group was 78.33%,which was significantly lower than 90.00%in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the cardiac function of the two groups was improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the improvement of cardiac function of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in heart rate and blood pressure between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the improvement of heart rate in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency,combined with Bisoprolol on the basis of routine treatment can obtain good clinical effect and improve cardiac function,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
