无创双水平正压通气治疗对重症支气管哮喘患者的效果及对其肺功能的影响分析

摘  要:目的:分析对重症支气管哮喘患者采用无创双水平正压通气治疗的临床效果及对肺功能的影响。方法:选取笔者所在医院收治的重症支气管哮喘患者113例,采用随机数字表法将其分为参照组(56例)和研究组(57例)。研究组采用无创双水平正压通气治疗,参照组采用常规治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后肺功能。结果:参照组治疗总有效率为75.00%,低于研究组的94.74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者FEV1、PEF、FEV1/FVC比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者肺功能指标均明显优于治疗前,且研究组明显优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对重症支气管哮喘患者给予无创双水平正压通气治疗,能有效改善患者的肺功能指标。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of non-invasive bi-level positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of patients with severe bronchial asthma and its influence on lung function.Method:A total of 113 patients with severe bronchial asthma admitted in our hospital were selected and divided into the reference group(56 cases)and the study group(57 cases)by the random number table method.The study group was treated with non-invasive bi-level positive pressure ventilation,and the reference group was treated with routine therapy.The clinical efficacy and the lung function before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate in the reference group was 75.00%,which was lower than 94.74%in the study group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in FEV1,PEF and FEV1/FVC between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the lung function indexes of the two groups were significantly better than those before treatment,and the study group were significantly better than those of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Non-invasive bi-level positive pressure ventilation can effectively improve the lung function of patients with severe bronchial asthma.
