摘  要:目的:探讨对高尿酸血症患者实施多学科联合饮食与运动管理干预的实践效果。方法:将2017年4月-2018年6月江门市新会区人民医院体检时发现的100例血清尿酸值≥500μmol/L的高尿酸血症患者纳入本次研究,通过患者填写医院自制的《高尿酸血症饮食与运动习惯调查表》调查患者生活习惯状况,在此基础上实施营养科、运动康复治疗科、中医科等多学科联合进行饮食与运动管理干预。随访6个月,再次对患者进行饮食与运动习惯调查、血清尿酸水平调查,了解患者饮食与运动习惯、血清尿酸水平变化状况。结果:干预3个月后患者合理饮食、坚持适度运动发生率与干预6个月后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预3、6个月后患者合理饮食、坚持适度运动发生率均高于干预前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预3个月后患者血清尿酸水平与干预6个月后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预3、6个月后患者血清尿酸水平均低于干预前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对高尿酸血症患者实施多学科联合饮食与运动管理干预可提升患者认知,促进患者养成良好的饮食及运动习惯,提升血清尿酸水平控制效果。Objective:To investigate the practical effects of multidisciplinary joint diet and exercise management intervention in patients with hyperuricemia.Method:A total of 100 patients with hyperuricemia with serum uric acid value≥500μmol/L found in the physical examination of Xinhui District People’s Hospital of Jiangmen City from April 2017 to June 2018 were included in the study.The hyperuricemia diet and exercise habits questionnaire was used to investigate the patients’living habits.On this basis,the nutrition,sports rehabilitation,and traditional Chinese medicine departments were combined to conduct dietary and exercise management interventions.After 6 months of follow-up,the patients were again investigated for diet and exercise habits,and serum uric acid levels were investigated to understand the changes in dietary and exercise habits and serum uric acid levels.Result:There were no significant differences in the incidence of reasonable diet and moderate exercise between the patients after 3 months of intervention and 6 months of intervention(P>0.05).After 3 and 6 months of intervention,the incidence of reasonable diet and moderate exercise were higher than those before intervention,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum uric acid level between patients after 3 months of intervention and 6 months of intervention(P>0.05).After 3,6 months of intervention,the level of serum uric acid of patients were lower than that before intervention,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Multidisciplinary combined diet and exercise management intervention for patients with hyperuricemia can improve patient cognition,promote patients to develop good diet and exercise habits,and improve serum uric acid level control effect.
