早期进食半流质饮食对剖宫产术后产妇的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析剖宫产术后产妇早期进食半流质饮食对其术后康复的影响。方法:本次研究对象为笔者所在医院收治的800例剖宫产产妇,选取时间段为2017年1月-2019年1月,随机将产妇分为对照组(n=400)和观察组(n=400);对照组产妇术的饮食为术后6 h禁食,6 h后遵医嘱进食少量免奶流质饮食,观察组产妇的饮食为术后3 h进食半流质饮食,比较两组产妇的临床疗效。结果:与对照组相比,观察组产妇术后并发症发生率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组产妇术后首次排气时间、首次排便时间、首次下床活动时间、住院时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);另外,观察组产妇护理满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:剖宫产产妇术后3 h进食半流质饮食能取得良好效果,可缩短产妇术后排气时间等相关指标,降低产妇术后并发症发生率,值得推广使用。Objective:To analyze the influence of eating semi-fluid diet on the postoperative rehabilitation of parturient after cesarean section.Method:A total of 800 parturients undergoing cesarean section in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(n=400)and observation group(n=400).The diet of the control group was fasting at 6 hours after operation,and a small amount of milk free fluid diet was taken at 6 hours after operation according to the doctor’s instructions.The diet of the observation group was half fluid diet at 3 hours after operation.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was analyzed and compared.Result:Compared with the control group,the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower(P<0.05).And the first exhaust time,the first defecation time,the first time of getting out of bed and the hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Eating semi-fluid diet for 3 hours after cesarean section can achieve good results.It can not only shorten the postoperative exhaust time of parturients and other related indicators,but also reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,which is worth popularizing.
