口服美托洛尔缓释片致排尿困难1例

摘　　要：美托洛尔缓释片是一种选择性的β1受体阻滞剂,临床主要用于高血压、心绞痛、伴有左心室收缩功能异常的症状稳定的慢性心力衰竭。排尿困难是指排尿时须增加腹压才能排出,病情严重时增加腹压也不能将膀胱内的尿排出体外,而形成尿潴留的状态。主要分为阻塞性和功能性两大类。笔者所在医院1例心功能Ⅱ级的稳定性心力衰竭患者在口服美托洛尔缓释片1.5个月后出现排尿困难,停药后排尿困难症状可缓解,后因心悸自行口服美托洛尔缓释片后排尿困难复现,停药后再次缓解。Metoprolol Sustained-release Tablets is a selectiveβ1 receptor blockers and is mainly used in patients with hypertension,angina pectoris,and chronic heart failure with stable symptoms of left ventricular systolic dysfunction.Difficulties in urination means that the abdominal pressure must be increased during urination to discharge.When the condition is severe,increasing the abdominal pressure can not excrete the urine in the bladder and form a state of urinary retention.Mainly divided into two major categories of obstructive and functional.In our hospital,a patient with stable heart failure with gradeⅡheart function experienced dysuria after oral administration of metoprolol sustained-release tablets for one and a half months.After cessation of dysuria,the symptoms of dysuria could be relieved,and the metoprolol sustained-release tablets were given by heart.After the dysuria,the dysuria was recurred and relieved again after stopping the drug.
