摘  要:为筛选出对苹果炭疽病菌具有高度抑制作用的拮抗菌,通过苹果炭疽病菌平板对峙试验,对从苹果果实表面分离到的19株酵母菌进行了筛选和鉴定。结果表明:酵母菌株YG3可明显抑制苹果炭疽病菌菌丝的生长,抑菌率为55.6%。通过核糖体26S D1/D2区核苷酸序列的比较,将酵母菌株YG3鉴定为Cryptococcus flavescens (GenBank NO.MF045447)。In order to screen antagonistic yeast with high inhibitory effect on Colletotrichum gloeosporioides of apple,19 yeast strains isolated from the surface of apple fruits were screened and identified by plate confrontation test. The results showed that the yeast strain YG3 could significantly inhibit the growth of apple anthracnose mycelia, and the inhibition rate was 55.6%. The yeast strain YG3 was identified as Cryptococcus flavescens(GenBank NO.MF045447) according to the nucleotide sequences of the ribosomal 26 S D1/D2 regions.
