煤矿大型设备高压变频调速技术研究实践

摘　　要：随着我国经济实力的不断发展,对我国煤矿的产量提出更高的要求,而在煤矿的开采过程中,需要重视煤矿大型设备使用情况,高压变频调速技术在煤矿大型设备中的应用能够直接影响煤矿开采效率和质量。针对于此,本文主要深入研究煤矿大型设备中高压变频调速技术应用情况,并结合济宁市范围内的部分煤矿企业实际情况,分析设备运行中经常性出现的问题,并提出针对性的解决措施,从而有效提高高压变频调速技术在煤矿大型设备的应用效果,为后期高压变频调速技术创新发展提供参考依据。The continuous development of China’s economic strength puts forward higher requirements for the output of China’s coal mines.In the process of coal mining,attention should be paid to the use of large-scale equipment in coal mine.The application of high voltage frequency conversion speed regulation technology in large-scale equipment of coal mine can directly affect the mining efficiency and quality of coal mine.In view of this,this paper mainly studies the application of high-voltage frequency conversion speed regulation technology in large-scale equipment of coal mine,and analyzes the problems frequently occurring in the operation of equipment in combination with the actual situation of some coal mine enterprises in Jining city,and proposes targeted solutions,so as to improve the application effect of high voltage frequency conversion speed regulation technology in large-scale equipment of coal mine effectively,as well as provide reference for the innovation and development of high voltage frequency conversion speed regulation technology in the later period.
