摘 要:三叶鱼藤伴生红树林植物,严重威胁红树林生态系统.为了变废为宝,挖掘三叶鱼藤中活性物质鱼藤酮,采用渗漉法浸提,选择乙醇浓度和提取时间2个因素,进行响应面法优化提取鱼藤酮,利用液相色谱检验鱼藤酮含量.结果表明,当乙醇浓度为84%,提取时间为4.1 d时,鱼藤酮含量为1.97%,与预测值的相对误差仅为2.48%.因此鱼藤酮的优化模型可行.Derris trifoliate is associated with mangrove plants, which seriously threaten mangrove ecosystem. In order to turn waste into wealth, the active rotenone in Derris trifoliate was studied. In the present work, percolation extraction method was adopted. Ethanol concentration and extraction time were selected as factors, the content of rotenone was determined by HPLC. The results showed that when the ethanol concentration was 84% and the extraction time was 4.1 d, the rotenone content was 1.97%, and the relative error with the predicted value was only 2.48%. Thus, the optimal model of rotenone is feasible.
