摘　　要：作为机械行业广泛应用的三维设计软件,SolidWorks常见于产品设计中。论文以山东某工程机械有限公司挖掘机主要结构件焊接、加工、涂装车间为例,详细介绍了SolidWorks设备建模和漫游动画的设计过程和制作过程。借助三维模型保证设计的精确性和速度,缩短施工时间并消除现场返工。还可以使用这些模型执行新建项目、改造设计并可视化现有设施。SolidWorks is a 3D design software that is common in mechanical field, which has been widely used in product design. Taking the welding, processing and painting workshop of excavator’s main structural parts in Shandong Construction Machinery Co. Ltd. as an example, this paper introduces in detail the design and production process of Solid Works software in workshop equipment modeling and roaming animation. With the help of three-dimensional model, the accuracy and speed of design can be ensured, construction time can be shortened and site rework can be eliminated. These models can also be used to execute new projects, renovate designs and visualize existing facilities.
