摘 要:针对地铁工务专业用房的设置问题,结合大量地铁工程设计经验及与多个城市地铁工务维修部门的交流与沟通,对地铁正线、车辆段及停车场工务专业用房的种类、设置原则、设置面积等相关问题进行了系统的分析和总结,并以多个城市地铁线路工务专业用房的具体设置情况为案例,对地铁工务专业用房的设置问题进行了详细的探讨与分析。在此基础上提出了地铁工务专业用房的设置建议,为今后地铁项目轨道设计过程中工务专业用房的合理设置提供参考。Aiming at the problem of setting up the track maintenance room for metro, this paper systematically analyzes and summarizes the types,setting principles and areas of the track maintenance houses for the main line and the car depot based on a lot of experience in metro engineering design and communication with metro engineering track maintenance departments in many cities, and takes the specific setting situation of track maintenance room of subway lines in several cities as an example,and further explains the setting of the maintenance room. Finally, some suggestions are put forward for the setting of the track maintenance rooms, which can provide reference for the reasonable and scientific establishment of the track maintenance rooms in the course of the metro design in the future.
