摘　　要：填料是橡胶工业的主要原料之一,属粉体材料。填料用量相当大,几乎与橡胶本身用量相当。含有填料的橡胶是一种多相材料。填料能赋与橡胶许多宝贵的性能。例如,大幅度提高橡胶的力学性能,使橡胶具有磁性、导电性、阻燃性、彩色等特殊的性能,使橡胶具有好的加工性能,降低成本等作用。炭黑是橡胶工业中最重要的补强性填料。可以毫不夸张地说,没有炭黑工业便没有现代蓬勃发展的橡胶工业。炭黑耗量约占橡胶耗量的一半。许多无机填料主要来源于矿物,价格较低,它们的应用范围也越来越广泛。在橡胶工业中它们的用量几乎达到了与炭黑相当的程度。特别是近来无机填料表面改性技术的研究与应用,使无机填料的应用领域更加广泛。填料性质对于填充聚合物体系的加工性能和成品性能具有决定性的影响。本文探讨了炭黑补强橡胶机理,以促进炭黑在橡胶应用中理论研究。Filler is one of the main raw materials in rubber industry,which belongs to powder material.The amount of filler is quite large,almost equal to the amount of rubber itself.Rubber containing fillers is a heterogeneous material.Fillers offer many valuable properties to rubber.For example,the mechanical properties of rubber are greatly improved,so that rubber has special properties such as magnetism,electrical conductivity,flame retardancy,color and so on.Carbon black is the most important reinforcing filler in rubber industry.It is no exaggeration to say that there can be no modern and thriving rubber industry without the carbon black industry.Carbon black consumption accounts for about half of rubber consumption.Many inorganic fillers The material mainly comes from mineral,the price is lower,their scope of application is more and more extensive.In the rubber industry they are used almost as much as carbon black.Especially,the recent research and application of surface modification technology of inorganic fillers make the application of inorganic fillers more extensive.The properties of fillers have a decisive effect on the processability of filled polymer systems and the properties of finished products.In this paper,the mechanism of carbon black reinforcing rubber is discussed to promote the theoretical study of carbon black in rubber application.
