摘　　要：目的分析多学科协作监管合理用药的效果。方法结合我院实际,根据合理用药调查和临床反馈进行合理用药干预,总结多学科协作监管合理用药的效果。结果管控后,我院药占比由35.61%降至32.53%,不合理用药情况明显减少,医嘱合格率由66.90%升至83.53%。结论通过实施多学科协作监管模式,我院合理用药监管取得成效显著,不仅促进了临床合理用药,而且全面提高了医疗质量。Objective To analyze the effect of multidisciplinary collaboration supervision for rational drug use. Methods Combined with the actual situation of our hospital, according to the investigation of rational drug use and clinical feedback,the intervention of rational drug use was carried out, and the effect of multidisciplinary collaboration supervision of rational drug use was summarized. Results After control, the proportion of drugs in our hospital decreased from 35.61% to 32.53%,the situation of irrational drug use reduced significantly, the qualified rate of doctor’s order or prescriptions increased from66.90% to 83.53%. Conclusion Through the implementation of the multidisciplinary collaboration supervision mode, the supervision of rational drug use in our hospital has achieved remarkable results, not only promoting the clinical rational drug use, but also comprehensively improving the quality of medical treatment.
