摘　　要：本文对不锈钢烘筒在设计、制造、使用过程中产生缺陷进行分析。分析得出:焊缝应100%渗透检测;射线检测抽查焊缝;测厚重点位置为封头直边段及焊缝区;水压试验应为必做项目,试验压力根据工作压力得出。本文还就内窥镜寻找焊缝过程作了具体介绍,以及对不锈钢烘筒制造、安装、使用单位提出安全技术建议。This paper specifically analyzes the defects caused by the design,manufacture and use of stainless steel cylinders, and obtains the periodical inspection method: 100% penetrant testing of welding seams;radiographic testing spot check internal defects of welding seams;the key position of thickness measurement is the straight section of the head, Weld zone;hydraulic test is a mandatory item and the test pressure is calculated based on the working pressure. The article makes a detailed discussion on the operation method of the endoscope looking for the longitudinal welding seams. Safety technical requirements are imposed on the manufacturing,installation and use units of stainless steel cylinders.
