摘 要:根据《煤矿安全规程》的规定,煤矿轨道运输斜巷必须设置能够防止未连钩的车辆继续往下跑车的常闭挡车栏,而现在井下轨道运输斜巷使用较多的钢丝绳栏与起落框架为一体的全断面挡车栏不适合于巷道断面宽度3300mm以下的巷道使用,为解决宽度小于3300mm的小断面巷道全断面挡车栏问题,经过现场观察分析,设计制作了适合于小断面斜巷的分体式全断面常闭挡车栏,既解决了绳栏与巷帮安全距离小和影响行人的问题,又避免了对巷道扩帮增加的工作量,确保了矿井斜巷运输安全。According to the regulations of the coal mine safety regulation, the rail transportation inclined lane in coal mines must be equipped with a normally closed barrier which can prevent unconnected vehicles from continuing to run down the sports car However, the full-section car-stop with the combination of the steel wire rope fence and the landing frame is not suitable for the tunnel with the tunnel section width less than 3300 mm In order to solve the problem of full-section car-stop in small section roadways with width less than 3300 mm, a split type normal-closed car-stop in full section roadways suitable for small section inclined roadways was designed and manufactured through field observation and analysis It not only solves the problem that the safety distance between rope fence and roadway is small and the pedestrian is affected, but also avoids the increase of the work load of roadway expanding, and ensures the transportation safety of mine inclined roadway.
