摘　　要：散打与跆拳道同属于项群训练理论中的技能主导类格斗对抗性项目。本文以散打侧踹腿与跆拳道侧踢腿作为研究对象,通过文献资料法与逻辑分析法,对两种技术的异同点进行比较分析,旨在为散打与跆拳道运动员的学习提供参考。Free combat and taekwondo both belong to the competitive fighting event lead by technique under the event-group theory.Taking the side-kick of free combat and taekwondo as the research object,through literature review and logical analysis,this paper does a research on the differences and similarities of these two techniques,with the aim of offering reference for free combat and taekwondo athletes’study.
