传统武术视角下的内家拳防卫术研究

摘　　要：中华武术是技击风格多样、色彩纷呈的众多流派,法虽各异,但宗理合一。传统内家技击术是中华武术的瑰宝,对其研究具有切实的应用价值。本文从调查研究数据入手,以北京体育大学传统套路和散手专业运动员、专业武术教练、北京市公安局特警支队队员、中国人民公安大学警务战术课程学员、中国维和警察培训中心防暴队员和民间内家拳师等213人为调查研究对象,在本文分析中主要抽取其中72名从事内家与外家拳术修炼人员的调查数据进行深入分析,探讨内家拳术修炼的基本规律。Chinese wushu(martial arts),which has different styles and numerous schools,has different attack and defense methods while they all share the same principle.Traditional neijiquan(internal style)technique is the treasure of traditional Chinese wushu,thus this research has practical value.Based on the survey data,this paper takes 213 respondents from different universities,including traditional routine and free combat professional athletes from Beijing Sport University,SWAT members of Beijing Police Department,students from Chinese People’s Public Security University,Riot Control Team members from China Peacekeeping Police Training Center,as its study object,and focuses on 72 results from the participants who are also the practitioners of neijiaquan or waijiaquan(external style)to explore the basic principle of neijiaquan training technique.
