自拟慈甲软肝饮配合针灸疗法治疗晚期血吸虫病肝硬化腹水的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探究自拟慈甲软肝饮配合针灸疗法治疗晚期血吸虫病肝硬化腹水的临床效果。方法:选取2017年2月-2019年1月笔者所在医院收治的晚期血吸虫病肝硬化腹水患者80例,随机分成两组,每组40例,对照组应用西药进行治疗,研究组应用自拟慈甲软肝饮配合针灸疗法对患者实施治疗。结果:研究组治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05),研究组患者治疗后的肝功优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后肝纤维化指标低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用自拟慈甲软肝饮配合针灸疗法对晚期血吸虫病肝硬化腹水患者的治疗效果极佳,能使肝脏纤维硬化获得逆转,改善患者的肝脏功能及消除腹水和杀虫的功效,最终达到标本兼治之效,可以推广与应用。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Cijia Ruangan Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of ascites due to advanced schistosomiasis cirrhosis.Method:A total of 80 patients with ascites due to advanced schistosomiasis cirrhosis admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to January 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,while the research group was treated with self-made Cijia Ruangan Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion.Result:The therapeutic effect of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the liver function of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the index of liver fibrosis in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cijia Ruangan Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion has excellent therapeutic effect on patients with ascites due to advanced schistosomiasis cirrhosis.It can reverse liver fibrosis,improve liver function,eliminate ascites and insecticide,and finally achieve the effect of treating both symptoms and symptoms.It can be popularized and applied.
