火针结合电针治疗肝肾亏虚型膝骨性关节炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探究火针结合电针治疗肝肾亏虚型膝骨性关节炎的临床效果,为今后的临床应用提供依据。方法:将2018年3-12月衡阳市中医医院针灸三室门诊48例患者随机分为试验组(火针配合电针)、对照组(电针),每组24例,所有疗程结束后,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后膝骨性关节炎症状分级量化表评分及VAS评分。结果:试验组总有效率为91.67%,高于对照组的79.17%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组膝骨性关节炎症状分级量化表评分及VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组评分均低于治疗前,且试验组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:火针配合电针治疗与单纯电针治疗肝肾亏虚型膝骨性关节炎均有疗效,火针配合电针疗效优于单纯电针治疗。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of fire acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture in treatment of knee osteoarthritis of liver and kidney deficiency,and provide evidence for future clinical application.Method:A total of 48 patients from acupuncture and moxibustion clinic of Hengyang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from March to December 2018 were randomly divided into the experimental group(fire needle combined with electroacupuncture group) and the control group(electroacupuncture),24 cases in each group.After all course of treatment,the clinical effect of the two groups,the graded quantitative table score and VAS score of knee bone inflammation before and after treatment were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 91.67%,higher than 79.17% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference of the graded quantitative table score and VAS score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fire needle combined with electroacupuncture treatment and simple electroacupuncture treatment of liver and kidney deficiency type knee osteoarthritis have curative effect.Fire needle combined with electroacupuncture is better than simple electroacupuncture.
