中西医结合保守治疗稳定型输卵管妊娠临床效果评价

摘　　要：目的:分析中西医结合保守治疗稳定型输卵管妊娠的临床效果。方法:纳入笔者所在医院2018年6月-2019年6月收治的21例稳定型输卵管妊娠患者,将其随机平均分为对照组(10例)和试验组(11例)。对照组采用常规西医治疗,试验组给予中西医结合治疗。比较两组临床疗效、血β-hCG值、包块大小、血β-hCG值复常时间、月经复常时间、住院时间。结果:试验组临床治疗总有效率为90.91%,明显高于对照组的50.00%,试验组治疗14 d后血β-hCG值、包块大小均明显优于对照组,试验组血β-hCG值复常时间、月经复常时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合保守治疗可促进稳定型输卵管妊娠患者血β-hCG值及月经复常,缩短住院时间,临床效果显著,值得借鉴。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of conservative treatment of stable tubal pregnancy with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Method:Twenty-one patients with stable tubal pregnancy admitted in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were included and randomly divided into the control group(10 cases) and the experimental group(11 cases).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the experimental group was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.The clinical effect,blood β-hCG value,mass size,blood β-hCG value recurrence time,menstrual recurrence time and hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Result:The total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 90.91%,which was significantly higher than 50.00% of the control group.The blood β-hCG value and mass size of the experimental group were significantly better than that of the control group after 14 days of treatment.The time of blood β-hCG recurrence,menstrual recurrence and hospital stay in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Conservative treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can promote the blood β-hCG value and menstrual cycle of patients with stable tube pregnancy,shorten the length of hospital stay,and have a significant clinical effect,which is worth learning.
