摘　　要：目的:研究下颌第三磨牙拔除术中牙根意外移位至邻近间隙的围手术期护理效果。方法:根据入院先后顺序将2017年1月-2018年12月于笔者所在医院进行下颌第三磨牙拔除术治疗的患者66例分为两组,对照组33例采取常规护理,观察组33例采取围术期综合护理。将两组疼痛程度、并发症发生率、护理满意度进行对比。结果:观察组Ⅰ级疼痛多于对照组,护理满意度评分高于对照组,并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对下颌第三磨牙拔除术中牙根意外移位至邻近间隙的患者实施围手术期综合护理有助于缓解疼痛程度,减少术后并发症,还可促进护理满意度提升。Objective:To investigate the effect of perioperative nursing for accidental displacement of root to adjacent space in extraction of mandibular third molar.Method:A total of 66 patients undergoing extraction of mandibular third molar in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were divided into two groups according to the order of admission,and 33 cases in the control group were given conventional nursing,while 33 cases in the observation group were given perioperative comprehensive nursing.The degree of pain,incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Result:The grade Ⅰ pain of the observation group was more than that of the control group,and nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of complications of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with accidental displacement of root to adjacent space in extraction of mandibular third molar,perioperative comprehensive nursing can help relieve pain,reduce postoperative complications and enhance patients’ nursing satisfaction.
