PDCA循环用于提高门诊输液室护士手卫生依从性效果分析

摘　　要：目的:PDCA循环用于提高门诊输液室护士手卫生依从性的效果。方法:选取研究对象为笔者所在医院门诊输液室护理人员,2018年6月前采用手部卫生措施护理流程图,2018年6月1日起以提高手卫生依从性为重点开展PDCA循环,调查PDCA循环前后护理人员洗手依从性及洗手规范操作评分、手卫生监测合格率。结果:PDCA循环后护理人员洗手依从性均高于PDCA循环前,且PDCA循环后护理人员洗手规范操作评分和手卫生监测合格率均高于PDCA循环前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:门诊输液室开展PDCA循环能够提高护理人员手卫生依从性,是门诊输液室治疗安全性的重要保障。Objective:To improve the effect of PDCA cycle on hand hygiene compliance of nurses in outpatient infusion room.Method:Selected the nursing staff in infusion room of outpatient department in our hospital as the subjects.Before June 2018,the nursing flow chart of hand hygiene measures was adopted.From June 1,2018,PDCA cycle was carried out with the focus on improving hand hygiene compliance.The hand washing compliance,standard operation score and qualified rate of hand hygiene monitoring were investigated at different time points before and after PDCA cycle.Result:The compliance of nursing staff hand washing at different time points after PDCA cycle was higher than that before PDCA cycle,and the standard operation score and qualified rate of hand hygiene monitoring of nurses after PDCA cycle were higher than those before PDCA cycle.There were significant differences between before and after PDCA cycle(P<0.05).Conclusion:Carrying out PDCA cycle in outpatient infusion room can improve the compliance of nursing staff in hand hygiene.It is an important guarantee for the safety of outpatient infusion room treatment.
