摘  要:福州市内河引水泵站机组2016-2019年设备检修服务项目中,文山里泵站电动机组采用高压液态软启动装置进行降压启动,由于液态软启动装置启动一次,会使电阻液温度升高,超过55℃,此时电阻液要经过2-3h的自然冷却,直到电阻液温度不高于35℃,液态软启动装置才能再次启动。电阻液冷却时间长,对电动机组检修进度不利,而且电阻液长时间处于高温度状态,水分蒸发快,每天都要往电阻箱加水来保证液位不变。为此,通过在电阻液箱内设计安装一套绝缘冷却装置,来解决电阻液温度下降慢以及液体蒸发快的问题,从而缩短了电动机组检修后试开机时间,也减轻了维护工作量。Among the equipment maintenance programs for the machine set of water pump station in Fuzhou City from the year 2016 to 2019,high pressure,liquid,and soft-start device is used to low down start for machine set driven by electricity.Because that liquid soft-start device start every time results in rise in temperature of resistance fluid,when the temperature of fluid exceed 55℃,it is necessary for the fluid to spend 2-3 hours in its naturally cooling,until the temperature is not higher 35℃,it is possible for the liquid soft-start device to start once again under this condition.It is unfavorably for the maintenance schedule of machine set driven by electricity due to long time cooling for the fluid,moreover when the fluid is in high temperature state for long time,water evaporation speed up,it is necessary to add water into resistance box every day so as to maintain that the level of fluid is invariable.Therefore,the author,by means of designing a set of insulation cooling device in the fluid box,solved the problem that the temperature of fluid falls slowly and the fluid evaporates quickly,furthermore shortening the time try to start after maintenance for the machine set,also reducing maintenance work.
