百灵肾康颗粒用于透析治疗患者临床效果的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨百灵肾康颗粒(BSG)对慢性肾功能不全(CRF)透析治疗患者的临床疗效,为其临床应用提供参考依据。方法于2018年1至9月间,招募128例透析治疗的CRF自愿者作为研究对象(实验组和对照组),实验组(n=68)在常规血液透析和对症治疗的基础上予以BSG口服治疗(剂量为0.20~0.30 mg/kg·d,初始半个月内剂量为0.30 mg/kg·d,后期改为0.20 mg/kg·d维持剂量),对照组(n=60)进行常规透析和对症治疗,观察周期为4个月。实验结束后,检测患者肾功能指标、透析次数和营养状态变化特征,比较分析BSG对CRF透析患者的临床疗效。结果与治疗前相比较,实验组(常规治疗+BSG)治疗4个月后,从肾功能指标来看,患者血清肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)和尿酸(UA)明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。从患者营养状态来看,与治疗前相比较,患者血清白蛋白(ALB)、血红蛋白(HGB)明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组(常规治疗)相比,常规治疗+BSG治疗后Scr、BUN和UA水平相对较低,而ALB、HGB水平相对较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前或与对照组比较,实验组转铁蛋白(TRF)水平变化均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论规律服用BSG可明显改善CRF透析患者的肾功能指标和营养状态。Objective To explore the efficacy of Bailing Shenkang Granule(BSG)in chronic renal failure(CRF)patients with dialysis treatment,expecting to provide a reference for clinical application.Methods 128 CRF patients volunteers with dialysis treatment were enrolled as subjects from January to September 2018,divided randomly into experimental group(n=68)and control group(n=60).Experimental group received oral BCG treatment on the basis of routine hemodialysis and symptomatic treatment(Dose is 0.20~0.30mg/kg·d,the initial half-month dose is 0.30mg/kg·d,and the later maintenance dose is 0.20 mg/kg·d),and control group was treated only by routine dialysis and symptomatic treatment,the observation period is 4 months.At the end of the experiment,the patient's renal function,dialysis frequency and nutritional status were monitored for comparing the statistical difference with that of pre-treatment or control,to evaluate the efficacy of BSG on CRF in clinical.Results After 4 months of treatment by experimental group(routine hemodialysis and symptomatic treatment+BSG),from the perspective of renal function indicators,serum creatinine(Scr),urea nitrogen(BUN)and uric acid(UA)in the patients showing a significant decrease compared with that of pre-treatment(P<0.05).From the perspective of nutritional status,serum albumin(ALB)and hemoglobin(HGB)in the patients were significantly higher than that of pre-treatment(P<0.05).Compared to control group(routine hemodialysis and symptomatic treatment),BSG group showed the lower levels of Scr,BUN and UA,while the levels of ALB and HGB were relatively higher in experimental BSG group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Moreover,the difference of TRF level in experimental group was no significant compared to that of pre-treatment or control group(P>0.05).Conclusions Regular administration of BSG can improve effectively renal function and nutritional status of the patients with CRF.
