摘　　要：恶性心律失常是常见棘手的急诊难题。本文报告一例急性心肌梗死患者,突发逸搏与室速交替,运用急诊临时心脏起搏联合艾司洛尔实现对心率的绝对控制,并使得患者得到成功救治。Life-threatening dysrhythmias are frequently medical emergency faced by emergency physicians.This article report a case of acute myocardial infarction complicated with sudden ventricle tachycardia and ventricular escape beat,by emergency temporary pacing combined esmolol to achieve absolute control of heart rate and enable patients to be successfully treated.
