摘 要:目的探讨不同类型人类乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染对汉中地区不育男性精液质量和精子DNA完整性的影响。方法将我院收治的326例不育男性患者根据PCR-膜杂交法检测精液HPV感染状况分为HPV高危型感染组、HPV低危型感染组和HPV未感染组。分析HPV检测阳性精液标本的各种亚型分布情况;比较三组患者的精液质量和DNA完整性。结果汉中地区不育男性的精液HPV感染以高危型为主。三组的正常精子形态率、精子DNA碎片指数比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。HPV高危型感染组的正常精子形态率低于HPV低危型感染组及HPV未感染组,精子DNA碎片指数高于HPV低危型感染组及HPV未感染组,且HPV低危型感染组劣于HPV未感染组(P<0.05)。结论HPV高危型感染对精子正常形态和DNA完整性具有显著影响。Objective To explore the effect of different types of human papillomavirus(HPV) infection on semen quality and sperm DNA integrity of infertility male in Hanzhong area. Methods A total of 326 infertility male admitted in our hospital were divided into three groups: HPV high risk infection group, HPV low risk infection group and HPV uninfected group by detection of HPV infection in semen detected by PCR membrane hybridization. The distribution of various subtypes of HPV positive semen were analyzed, and the semen quality and DNA integrity among the three groups were compared. Results The HPV infection in semen was mainly high risk type in infertility male in Hanzhong area. The differences of normal sperm morphology rate and sperm DNA fragment index among the three groups were statistically significant(P <0.05). The normal sperm morphology rate in the HPV high risk infection group was lower than that in the HPV low risk infection group and the HPV uninfected group, the sperm DNA fragment index was higher than that in the HPV low risk infection group and the HPV uninfected group, and those in the HPV low risk infection group were inferior than those in the HPV uninfected group(P<0.05).Conclusion HPV high-risk infection has a significant effect on sperm morphology and DNA integrity.
