摘　　要：目的探讨Buttress螺钉固定治疗踝关节旋后-外旋型Ⅳ度内踝骨折的临床效果。方法选择在本院接受治疗的26例踝关节骨折中旋后-外旋型Ⅳ度伴内踝骨折的患者为研究对象,均采用Buttress螺钉技术固定内踝骨折。评估患者的临床疗效。结果术后患者均获得随访,平均时间(12.48±5.62)个月。所有伤口Ⅰ期愈合,无螺钉松动、断裂,无骨折移位及畸形愈合。末次随访AOFAS踝-后足评分(89.60±3.60)分,VAS评分(2.01±1.20)分。结论 Buttress螺钉技术固定内踝骨折块稳定,软组织损伤较小,骨折愈合时间短,临床效果满意。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Buttress screw fixation in the treatment of internal malleolus fracture of grade Ⅳsupination-external rotation ankle. Methods A total of 26 cases of internal malleolus fracture of gradeⅣsupination-external rotation ankle received treatment in our hospital were selected as the study objects, the internal malleolus fracture was fixed with the Buttress screw technique. The clinical efficacy of the patients were assessed. Results All patients were followed up for average(12.48 ±5.62) months. All wounds healed in stage Ⅰ, without screw loosening,fracture, fracture displacement and malunion. At the last follow-up, the AOFAS ankle-hindfoot score was(89.60 ±3.60),and the VAS score was(2.01±1.20). Conclusion Buttress screw technique for fixation of the internal malleolus fracture is stable, with less soft tissue damage, short fracture healing time and satisfactory clinical effect.
