摘　　要：目的探讨活血祛瘀方加减对慢性盆腔炎性继发不孕症患者受孕率及炎症因子水平的影响。方法将76例慢性盆腔炎性继发不孕症患者随机分为对照组(n=38)和研究组(n=38)。对照组采用环丙沙星治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用活血祛瘀方加减治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果两组患者的治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组输卵管粘连、积水、通而不畅、堵塞发生率均低于对照组,受孕率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的CRP、IL-6、TNF-α、IL-8水平均较治疗前显著降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予慢性盆腔炎性继发不孕症患者活血祛瘀方加减治疗,可改善输卵管造影状况和炎性因子水平,提高受孕率。Objective To investigate the influence of modified Huoxue Quyu recipe on the pregnancy rate and the level of inflammatory factors in patients with chronic pelvic inflammation induced infertility. Methods Seventy-six patients with chronic pelvic inflammation induced infertility were randomly divided into control group(n=38) and study group(n=38). The control group was treated with ciprofloxacin, and the study group was treated with modified Huoxue Quyu recipe on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate of treatment between the two groups(P>0.05). The incidences of tubal adhesion, ponding, unobstructed and blocked oviduct of the study group were lower than those of the control group, pregnancy rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of CRP, IL-6, TNF-α and IL-8 in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and those of the study group were lower than the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion The modified Huoxue Quyu recipe applied to patients with chronic pelvic inflammation induced infertility can improve the condition of salpingography and the levels of inflammatory factors, and increase the rate of pregnancy.
