玉屏风颗粒治疗小儿反复性呼吸道感染的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察玉屏风颗粒治疗小儿反复性呼吸道感染(RRTIs)的临床效果。方法将我院收治的158例RRTIs患儿根据随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各79例。观察组给予玉屏风颗粒治疗,对照组给予匹多莫德颗粒治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的IgG、IgA、CD3^+、CD4^+均显著高于对照组和治疗前(P<0.05)。观察组的合并症总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论玉屏风颗粒治疗RRTIs可显著改善患儿的免疫指标及多汗、厌食等临床症状。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yupingfeng granule in the treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infections(RRTIs). Methods A total of 158 children with RRTIs admitted in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, with 79 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Yupingfeng granule, and the control group was treated with pidomode granule.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the IgG, IgA, CD3^+, CD4^+ in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group and before treatment( P <0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group( P <0.05).Conclusion Yupingfeng granule can significantly improve the immune indexes, hyperhidrosis, anorexia and other clinical symptoms of children with RRTIs.
