摘　　要：目的观察自制封闭式负压冲洗系统在乳腺脓肿伤口治疗中的效果。方法选取我院2015年6月至2018年6月收治的乳腺脓肿切开术后患者66例,随机分为观察组(32例)和对照组(34例)。对照组采用湿性换药方法,观察组采用自制封闭式负压冲洗系统治疗。比较两组患者的肉芽生长时间、伤口愈合时间、日均换药次数及换药费用。结果观察组患者的肉芽生长时间、伤口愈合时间明显短于对照组,日均换药次数明显少于对照组,换药费用明显少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与湿性换药法相比,乳腺脓肿切开术后采用自制封闭式负压冲洗系统能减少换药次数,缩短愈合时间,减少换药费用,具有良好的临床应用价值。Objective To observe the effect of self-made closed negative pressure washing system in the treatment of breast abscess wound. Methods From June 2015 to June 2018, 66 patients who underwent breast abscessotomy were selected and randomly divided into observation group(32 cases) and control group(34 cases). The control group was treated with wet dressing change, and the observation group was treated with self-made closed negative pressure washing system. The granulation growth time, wound healing time, daily average dressing change times and dressing change cost of the two groups were compared. Results The granulation growth time and wound healing time of patients in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, the daily average dressing change times was significantly less than that in the control group, and the dressing change cost was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Compared with the wet dressing change method, the self-made closed negative pressure washing system after breast abscessotomy can reduce the times of dressing change, shorten the healing time and reduce the cost of dressing change, which has a good clinical application value.
