摘  要:为了提高白桦脂醇的提取效率,以白桦树皮为原料,利用液泛提取设备,连续提取白桦脂醇。通过试验,探讨了提取时间、提取剂(乙醇/碳酸钠-水溶液)浓度对白桦脂醇提取率及质量分数的影响,确定了连续提取白桦脂醇的较佳参数为:提取时间为75min,乙醇/碳酸钠-水溶液体积分数为65%。利用此条件提取白桦脂醇,提取率达到(90.39±1.23)%,白桦脂醇质量分数达到(89.12±0.24)%。利用该设备进行白桦脂醇的提取,操作方便,安全性好,不影响白桦脂醇的提取得率且提高了白桦脂醇的纯度,具有潜在的工业化应用前景。In order to improve the extraction efficiency of betulinol, betulinol was continuously extracted from betulinus bark by liquid flooding extraction equipment. Through experiments, the effects of extraction time and concentration of extraction agent(ethanol/sodium carbonate-aqueous solution) on extraction rate and mass fraction of betulinol were discussed, and the technological parameters of continuous extraction of betulinol were determined as follows: extraction time was 75 min, volume fraction of ethanol/sodium carbonate-aqueous solution was 65%. The extraction rate and mass fraction of betulin alcohol reached 90.39±1.23% and 89.12±0.24% respectively. The equipment is used to extract betulin, which is convenient to operate and safe.It does not affect the extraction rate and can effectively improve the purity of betulin, which has a potential industrial application prospect.
