摘　　要：在纬编机上通过特殊织物结构设计可以生产独特镂空网眼的空心织物,介绍5种纬编镂空网眼织物的编织方法,包括细丝镂空、脱圈镂空、溶断镂空、纱罗组织镂空和菠萝组织镂空网眼织物,详细介绍织物结构设计和编织工艺,包括设备参数、织针排列、三角排列、穿纱方式、编织图等。通过织物结构设计案例,比较各编织方法,总结纬编镂空网眼织物在设计及生产中容易出现的问题并进行技术指导。The unique hollowed mesh fabric can be produced on the weft knitting machine through special structure design.This paper introduces five kinds of knitting methods of weft knitted hollowed mesh fabric,including fine filament hollowed,knocking over hollowed,sectional dissolution hollowed,loop transfer stitch hollowed and pineapple stitch hollowed mesh fabric,and introduces structure design and knitting process in detail,including equipment parameters,knitting needle arrangement,cam arrangement,threading way,knitting pattern,etc.Through the typical cases of fabric structure design,the characteristics and differences of each knitting method are analyzed,and the problems that are easy to appear in the design and production of weft knitted hollowed mesh fabric are summarized and the technical guidance is given.
