摘  要:再生涤纶染色存在色点、色花、色牢度差等问题,文中通过坯布高温预定形、前处理除油,对染色工艺条件进行优化,并采用非助剂清洗工艺,最后进行生产实践。结果表明,再生涤纶染色优化工艺为:HAc和NaAC缓冲溶液调节染浴pH值4.0~4.5,匀染剂P 2.0 g/L,膨胀剂OD 1.0 g/L,采用分段式升温方式控制浅、中、深色升温速率0.5~1.0℃/min,125℃保温15~25 min,并采用板式热交换器非助剂降温清洗;大生产染色效果比较理想,匀染性较好、各项色牢度指标均达到4级以上。Recycled polyester dyeing has problems such as dyeing staining,uneven and poor color fastness.In this article,the grey cloth receives presetting at high temperature,pre-treatment degreasing,the dyeing process conditions are optimized,and non-auxiliary cleaning process is applied to recycled polyester for production practice.The results show that the optimized dyeing process of recycled polyester is:HAc and NaAC buffer solution to adjust the dyeing bath pH value 4.0~4.5,the dosage of leveling agent P is 2 g/L,and the dosage of expansion agent OD is 1 g/L,and use segmented heating method to control the heating rate of 0.5~2.0℃/min for light,medium and dark fabrics,keep it at 125℃for 15~25 minutes,and use plate heat exchanger non-auxiliary cooling and cleaning.The dyeing effect of production practice is ideal,the leveling property is good,and all color fastness indices reach above level 4.
