摘 要:在七格污水厂三期工程不同区域、不同气温条件下,分析两级串联生物除臭系统的运行效果,并研究一级除臭系统中煤质活性炭更换前后生物除臭系统的运行效果。结果表明,不同区域和气温下,生物除臭系统对H2S的去除率均能达到99%以上;NH3的进气浓度均低于厂界排放标准,生物除臭系统对NH3的去除率为10%~40%;生物除臭系统对臭气的去除率为70%~99%。煤质活性炭的主要作用是去除臭气,更换活性炭后,前4个月活性炭对臭气的去除率从14%提高到23%~65%,6个月后活性炭吸附对臭气的去除效果明显下降。The operation effect of a two-stage biological deodorization system under different region and temperature conditions in Qige Sewage Treatment Plant(phaseⅢproject)was analyzed,and the effect of the biological deodorization system before and after the replacement of coal-based activated carbon in the first-stage deodorization system was studied.The removal rates of H2S by the biological deodorization system could reach more than 99%in different regions at different temperatures.The intake concentration of NH3 was lower than the emission standard of the plant boundary,and the removal rate of NH3 by the biological deodorization system was about 10%-40%.The removal rate of odor by the system was 70%-99%.The main function of coal-based activated carbon was to remove odor.After the replacement of coal-based activated carbon,the removal rate of odor by adsorption of the activated carbon increased from 14%to 23%-65%during the first 4 months.However,the removal of odor by adsorption of the activated carbon decreased significantly after 6 months.
